Requests for tours should be submitted at least two weeks ahead of requested date. Requests received less than two weeks ahead of requested date are subject to staffing availability.
Instructions for requesting a tour:
- To request a tour, please select your desired tour type. We offer three tour options: Guided General Tours (guided tours for adult groups); Guided School Tours (guided tours for student groups); and Self-Guided Tours (self-guided tours for groups of all ages).
- Once you have made a selection, please click on the date you would like to book.
- After a date has been selected, tour times will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. Please click your desired start time.
- Select your desired end time. Note: a standard guided tour lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
- Once both selections have been made, a reserve button will appear. Please click the button and the tour request will be added to your cart. You may make additional tour requests as needed.
- Please click "Checkout" and follow instructions to complete the process.
Once your tour request has been received, a member of staff will be in touch to confirm the date and time.
Note: This process is to submit tour requests. Confirmation of desired date/time will be provided by a member of staff.
